You are able to order phone shops online. Calls are recorded and viewable with the online system. The system is fully customizable whether you choose to have our experts rank the call or to listen and rank the calls on your own.
You determine the intent of our mystery callers. As a customer, you simply log in to the online system, order a phone shop, and choose a "reason for calling" code for each call. The reason code are specific to your organization and the type of training your customer service, or sales staff has undergone.
